DISCLEANER

 

ROCHEM DISCLEANER is a concentrated liquid compound that has been specifically developed to remove heavy, tenacious, carbonaceous and varnish deposits from lube and fuel oil separator discs.

USAGE

 

ROCHEM DISCLEANER is the perfect product for cleaning both lube oil separator discs and fuel oil separator disc. The separator can be cleaned by in place circulation when property equipped or cleaned by immersion as individual units, disc sets etc., also by spraying or scrubbing as required.

 

DOSAGE

 

1 part ROCHEM DISCLEANER to 4 to 8 parts water should be used depending on the severity and quantity of deposits, although ROCHEML; DISCLEANER can be used neat if desired

 

APPLICATION

 

The parts to be cleaned should be immersed in the solution of ROCHEM DISCLEANER for one to three hours. Any suitable container (except galvanized) can be used as a dip tank for immersion of the parts. To speed up cleaning time use slight agitation and/or warm the diluted Discleaner to a temperature of 50 to 60°C(122-140°F) thoroughly rinse the parts with fresh water after cleaning is completed.

 

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS

 

Treat as you would any acid. Water protective gloves, goggles and other clothing when handling. If product comes into contact with skin or wyes flush immediately with water for at lease 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing. Call a physician.
